Talk about your fast food joint, the speed you have built this beauty at is amazing. What does Mrs.Santos feed you Bob? And could I have some please! I can't wait to see what you serve us up on the insides. I will try not to blink and miss anything.

Here's a VERY early shot of the basic interior. Since there are TONS of details required to fill it out I will knock off for a day or so and consentrate on those details.
Which reminds me, so you won't think I went off to the happy hunting grounds, after next week I will be on line very little for two weeks. I watch very little TV but I am a sports NUT and I will be glued to the TV for the Olimpics.
Cheers, Bob

Bob, as a follower of your work, I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the interior.

Made the following masters today. tomorrow I will make the rubber mold to reproduce them.
Turned from resin: pie plate, large plate, dish, catsup/mustard bottle (depends on paint)
styrene: napkin dispenser, coffee mug, box of fries, salt/pepper shaker (depends on paint)
Schlpey: burger patty, burger bun, burger in bun, donut, pie, cake.
Those last two, pie and cake, are not really masters, they will never be used as such. They were a quick experiment on making those in colored Sculpy (no painting required) and able to be cut and show the insides. Hopefully I can do a much better job of it.

Nice work!
I'm going to miss your progress reports while you're glued to the TV. Just make sure you don't leave any skin stuck to the TV when the Olympics are over!

Greg, Mark, and Ray, thanks for your commments. I'm still making details this week before the Olympics. I will still be checking in but not much work will get done during those two weeks. DANG!! That crazy Charlie got in there and started making coffee before the place is done!!

Tall urn is resin, turned on the lathe. Coffee jugs are clear glass marbles, each sitting on a finish washer, flat washer top, handles cut from black styrene. stand is painted styrene with knobs punched from black styrene in two different diameters. |

Neato torpedo! I knew it would be worthwhile to create a folder for ideas to steal ... er "borrow" from this one.
First glance at the coffee pots ... I thought for sure you'd gone over to the dollhouse suppliers for those bits ... but then I find that you're really using your marbles here! (Can't believe Shinnie didn't get that one first.)
