| First posting on a new volume! After reaching 100 pages and over 130000 views on the founding thread, it is time to begin a new thread. I'll do my best to continue the line from the first, as the Coast Line RR now is over it's first infancy year. |

Welcome to the new opus of the saga. Who better than a Danish living with a Norwegian in Sweden could write a saga?

Well Troels, as you begin you next hundred, here's a wish for lots of luck and success.
Looking forward to pictures of your new station as construction progresses.

Troels,
Here is a link to Part 1 of this subject.

Edit: I added the link.
My only suggestion would be to post a link to the first thread here in the second one since there is a lot of valuable information in that thread and it will drop into oblivion and be difficult to find for those like me who are interested. |

I haven't commented much, but following your first hundred pages has been inspirational.

Troels, Congradulations on reaching the century mark. Your first 100 pages were truly inspiring. I can't wait to read the next 100! Keep up the great work,

Thanks for the confidence all! I'll start then by presenting something awful looking
I've made walls and roof of the Teal's Cove Station in the usual painted pastel paper planking on black cardboard. Tichy/Grandt windows/doors.
I blue-tacked the thing together for the photo. The photograph is pityfullt harsh, as I had no tripod or good lights available and used the built-in flash. It looks better in real life, believe me[:-bigeyes].
I'll make a mould for the eave supports tomorrow, and there's a bit of trim to fabricate for the corners, doors and biggest window too. Station name signs will hang down under the roof on three sides. I still don't know what the roof will be covered with though.

| Whatever you do, don't use tar paper for the final roof. Slate is good or old fashioned wood shingles, but NOT tar paper. |

I know we don't want to make vol. 1 a sticky because of how much space it would take up, but perhaps we could at least make this link a sticky?

Troels, great start on your station, I think slate is the best choice for the roof.

Arthur, I don't think we need to do that. Troels updates the thread almost daily, so it's always on the first page anyway. |

Congratulations on reaching the 100 page milestone. Like all others, I feel privileged to have followed your progress in Volume 1 and look forward to your artistry in Volume 2 and beyond.

Troels,
Thanks for the first 100 pages; it has been a pleasure and a privilege to watch your progress. It is amazing to think of seeing your first build pictures taken when you were living on a sail boat and now the amazing scenes that you are able to build while on dry land. I wish you the best for your next 100 posts! Hopefully I will be able to visit and see the RR first had some day soon. Larry
