Hi Marc, Nice silouette shot. Is your bike off road or just a hybrid bike? I still have my steel frame touring bike (CILO)

Ok, so who wins the 5k race between Marc and Nelson. I think we all need to loose a few lbs - myself included

Karl, That's tough one. Both these two are in great shape. Flip a coin.
AMEN on the losing a few pounds. I tried to get on my bike yesterday, and my bike called 911

Bill,

That's my "Hardtail" mountain bike. It's a titanium frame built by Mongoose.

Love those old steel bikes, I bought one for my wife...complete with basket on the front. Hope you still get time to get out and ride yours.

Marc

errrr...... Photoshop and backlighting do wonders ...I still need to lose 5-10 lbs. to get back in shape.

Ralph,

My family and I were there the week before you, and ate in the Brown Derby Restaurant.

Scott, never ate there as DS and wife do not like the menu. Looks good to me though! We did Hollywood and Vine as part of the Fantasmic Pkg as it is the only way to see the show and not wait in that god awfull line.

I figured you were at WDW when I saw your post about returning from central FL. I wonder if there are any other WDW nuts on this board? I know my good friend Mark F. loves the mouse, any others?

I'm glad this thread was started. It's good to see some faces of some long time posters.

Marc, I thought you were thinking about getting a road bike. What happened?

There's one regular poster here that to my knowledge has never posted their picture. Hey, Larry (brakie), how about it. And posting a picture of Homer again doesn't count.

Hey Marc, You wouln't break a sweat on that race. Us cyclist are used to doing 50's and Centuries. In your case, rough trails and lots of mud & rock.Maybe next spring I'll be on bike again. Have to lose about 30 lbs[:-banghead][:-banghead][:-banghead]

Since others have added pictures I decided to also add a more recent one.
This is from my son's wedding in Vermont this past July.
The family from left to right.

First row: My daughter Amy, my son Andrew, Christina his bride and my other daughter Kathy.
Missing is Kathy's husband since Kathy was able to get 15 days off for vacation and came from Alaska but her husband could not get the time off.

Back row: Amy's husband Jeff, Yours truly holding his breath since the tux did not fit as good as when purchased 5 years ago for Amy's wedding. Anna, my ex-wife(we are still good friends even though we have been divorced for almost 20 years).

My 2 grandsons Connor and Cody who were ring bearers but now look totally bored by the whole thing.

John,
Seeing that picture of Connor and Cody at your son's wedding reminded me of this picture of our two granddaughters, Devon and Myranda at our youngest son's wedding rehersal.

Bags, Thanks for the updated photo. Nice looking family you have there. The bottom photo is priceless. I would have made that one into a competition print. Those were the ones that made my day.[:-thumbu][:-thumbu]
PS. Love the weathered handrail [:-bigeyes]

I am too. With the internet being such a dangerous place, it is nice to put peoples faces to their names and learn about the families that are connected to the modeler. Anyone can be anyone hiding behind a keyboard. This makes it seem like a visit to a club, where everyone knows everyone. It looks like we got some real good eggs on this forum.

Bill,

Having shot several hundred weddings before screaming "No Mas", I agree with you whole heartedly, those are the shots you live for.
