Hi Guys...... here's an experiment ( more toys ).

I filmed a petrol ( GAS ) pump in Seattle.

Just had a go at exporting into my web page.

Saved for Hi Res and broadband.

Let me know what you think of the clarity.

Is the file too big, too small, make film longer.

If it works, it will expand the items I can add to my web site, such as short film clinics.

best wishes all

MArio

Click onto PUMP for short movie....[:-bigeyes]

Hi Mario, I have broadband and your Pump file loaded quickly and ran OK. No problems apart from locating the pump link at the very bottom of the page. Almost missed it. You might want to indicate the file size for those with dial-up connection.

BTW, I had a Sykpe call with a modelling friend in the UK this morning. Very clear and no cost!

Hi Mario,

Just for S&G's I tried to load the "pump". Got to 75,000 bytes and it went dead

I'm on dial-up.

Hi Ken..... the file is 950 KB.....

Next time I might try saving movie for dial up, but the resolution will suffer. It's a hard one...... I'ii get back to modeling in the meantime.

best wishes

Mario

Hi Mario
I am on dial-up and was able to upload your pump movie in about 5 minutes this morning right after you posted your response to Pat about the pump.
I just right click and "save target as"
I almost missed the movie at the bottom of the page.
If I was not looking for Pump I never would have found it on my own.
So keep posting the movies as they are really cool.[:-thumbu][:-thumbu]

Seems downloading takes too long with dial up.[:-drunk] Broadband takes a minute.

I might stick to broadband quality when I export video files.

Guys.... how was the quality ( resolution ) at your end. I use high res on my screen..

Might try and do a very small video of the GAS station... quicker and better than uploading pics each time..

It's fun.....

At some stage I need to delete video files from my server / provider, as it takes up alotta room on my web space.[:-crazy] Maybe someone can archive them for others to use in the future.[:-bulb]

best wishes
