Hi All:

Panzera's Delicatessen Has arrived. This kit has very interesting lines. Doug always manages to surprise me with them. I'm off to read the instructions.

Here's a photo of the kit. The bottom photo is one of Dougs.

Karl, Just started building my Panzera's & noticed somewhere you used the old style mail box out front. The post office used the same color green you used. Will you please advise what green that was.
Your building is outstanding

Thanks,

Hi Mark:

Yeah I had that sign around (I had Frank B. Alter it A little) and thought it would look cool on the roof. The fire escapes are laser cut and go together easily. Thanks for the compliments.

Great build Karl.

The colours look fantastic! Love that sign, and the billboard adds some nice personality. The small disconected fire escapes also add a lot of interest.

Cheers, Mark.

Hi Greg:

Working on the dormers as we speak. They are going to the rear roof. Thanks for the kind words.

Looks really great Karl!
The rooftop billboard is real nice, but those dormers should be moved to the back roof.
I bet it would look even better photographed outdoors.

Hi All:

Here's few progress photos. Right side is finished. Also couldn't help myself. I aded a sign to the main roof that Frank B. Made for me. He altered the name and the size.
